WHY A ROUNDTABLE?

We’re building a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry, specifically what breaks as groups grow: the people systems, the operational strain, the hidden risk, and the day-to-day friction owners actually feel.

Hospitality is relationship-driven and tends to share repeatable patterns, which makes it the right place to start. This roundtable is designed as a listening session, not a presentation.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This is best for restaurant owners / founders.

Fit signals (not requirements):

  • Multi-location groups (roughly 5–12 locations / 200–500 employees)
  • Growth-minded ownership
  • Values relationships and systems
Discussion Focus:

PEOPLE SYSTEMS AT SCALE

WHERE THINGS START TO BREAK AS LOCATIONS GROW
We’ll guide the conversation using questions like:
  • Where does staffing/turnover create the most operational drag right now?
  • Where do processes break across locations (consistency, managers, accountability)?
  • Where does compliance/risk feel hardest to stay ahead of?
  • What have you tried that helped—even slightly?
  • If you could fix one people-related problem this quarter, what would it be?
(These questions map to the repeatable hospitality pain patterns we’re seeing: turnover chaos, inconsistent processes across locations, compliance exposure, manager burnout, lack of visibility, and growth outpacing infrastructure.)

PULL UP A CHAIR AT THE OWNERS’ TABLE

Limited seating. We’ll confirm your spot and send final event details.

WHAT THIS ROUNDTABLE IS (AND ISN’T)

THIS IS:

THIS ISN’T:

  • A guided, owner-level discussion with peers
  • A focused conversation around one topic (not a “company overview”)
  • A chance to compare notes with other growth-minded operators
  • A seminar
  • A vendor showcase
  • A sales pitch

Transparency: We will take notes so we can understand what owners need solved and build better resources for the industry.

OPTIONAL FOLLOW UP

If you want help after the event, we’re happy to follow up 1:1 with ideas/resources—only upon request. Otherwise, we’ll thank you for your time and keep your feedback in confidence.
